Tracey has more than 25 years of experience in independent IB schools, cultivating global citizens within a bilingual environment. She taught and served as an administrator at the International School of Boston in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and served on the executive board of the Guild of International Baccalaureate Schools of the Northeast, both as Vice-President for the New England Hub and as President, promoting accessible international education throughout an eight-state area.  

Tracey completed her Master’s degree at Middlebury College and her Bachelor’s degree at Vanderbilt University. She has authored numerous articles about international education and has presented at National Association for Independent Schools and International Baccalaureate Global conferences.
