Grace Babcock is a passionate first-grade Collaborating Teacher at GEMS World Academy Chicago. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Iowa, where she also completed an endorsement in Reading for grades K-8. She has had a multitude of teaching and learning experiences in the Iowa City Community School District, as well as in her hometown, Quincy, Illinois.

In addition to her educational qualifications, Grace holds a certificate in Social Emotional Behavioral Mental Health from the University of Iowa. This specialized training has deepened her understanding of creating a classroom environment where every student feels safe, valued, and included. As a recent graduate, Grace is enthusiastic about applying her skills and knowledge to make a meaningful impact in the classroom.
