Abby Bohnson is currently a first grade teacher at GEMS. This is her fifth year at GEMS and her eighth year teaching. She received her bachelor’s degree in elementary education with a concentration in ESL from DePaul University. She also received her master’s degree in Research and Globalization in Education from Moreland University. Abby taught English for a year abroad in Israel. In her free time, Abby enjoys photography, baking, and traveling. She loves seeing her students grow and being inspired everyday.
