Katelyn Burton enrolled at GEMS in 2018 for 9th Grade. This fall Katelyn will begin her studies at Hampton University, Hampton, Virginia, an HBCU, Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
Over the course of the Diploma Programme, Katelyn wrote her extended essay: “The Male Gaze in Advertisements: How has the “male gaze” influenced the depiction of women in fashion?”.
